You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. rafi99 will not cancel or void bets due to user error unless an obvious technical malfunction or pricing error occurred (as determined solely by rafi99 in its discretion).

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

rafi99 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime and technical reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. rafi99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures

In no event shall rafi99's total liability to any user exceed the amount of funds deposited into that user's account within the preceding 90 days.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting rafi99 support via live chat. All pending bets will be settled, and any remaining account balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

10.3 Termination by rafi99
